This will be a critical role in managing, optimizing, and designing a talent acquisition program that will enable RI to expand its funding portfolio in the region. The Regional Recruiter partners with the Regional HR Manager and hiring managers in the region to develop search strategies, build talent pipelines, advise country and regional teams on recruitment strategies, track and proactively communicate on progress and outcomes for all recruitments.
